Aligning with the vision of Owner and Founder, Luke Tokaruk, High Tide Management aims to provide a hands-on, personal experience for Communities and Private Clients alike. Our unique approach makes sure the lines of communication stay open, allowing us to address the needs of both Associations and Homeowners. 

Luke is a lifelong horse owner and Grand Prix winner that continues to maintain an active role in the Show Jumping community while simultaneously applying that experience to managing Equestrian properties focused around sport horses and their specific needs. 

As a licensed Real Estate Advisor with Engel & Völkers Wellington, Luke can provide a full service package for those property owners looking for a one stop shop for renting and managing their income properties, both Equestrian and Residential.
